Who creates the content

All articles, assessments, and AI training content on Life by Design are created or directly supervised by Dr. Morgan Ellis — a licensed psychologist (CA #PSY28847) with a PhD from UC Berkeley and certifications in Positive Psychology (IPPA), Stanford Life Design, and Grief Recovery (GRI).

No content is published by anonymous authors or third-party contributors without expert review. The AI coaching responses are trained on Dr. Ellis's methodology and reviewed by her for accuracy and appropriateness.

Our standards for claims

All factual claims in our articles are sourced from peer-reviewed research, established professional frameworks, or direct clinical experience. When we cite a study, we link to the original source or a reputable summary. We distinguish clearly between research findings and clinical opinion.

We do not publish claims that lack scientific support, even if they are popular or widely repeated in wellness media.

Pricing and service information

Subscription pricing is reviewed and updated monthly. All prices are displayed in USD and reflect current offerings. Prices updated: March 2025.
